Hi Sam is a Senior Project Architect with Social
Impact Collective who provides design, technical support and quality control services across the firm.
Sam brings extensive project architect, project manager and design skills built from a catalogue of project experience spanning from Massachusetts to California and internationally. Sam established his career in Boston working in multi-family residential new construction and a range of public housing renovations and rehabilitation projects. He has since developed a portfolio of work which includes high-profile medium- to large-scale commercial, institutional and civic buildings, always with an emphasis on quality design,
sustainability and accessibility. Now he is returning to work in Boston to contribute to the mission-guided work of Social Impact Collective and help deliver quality architecture to the communities they serve.
With a strong technical background Sam brings experience and expertise in a wide variety of building structural systems, envelop design, impactful sustainable design and incorporation of technology, and has a history of delivering high performing, durable and thoughtful projects which deliver maximum value to the clients and the communities which they serve.
Sustainability is a guiding value for Sam’s work. He has regularly attended USGB Greenbuild, WELL Building and Mass timber conferences and has written on the carbon sequestering benefits of mass timber.
