Originally built in 1880 as a church rectory with a rear addition completed in 1920, this building will be converted into family-oriented supportive housing. Owned by Heading Home, Inc., the home will feature 17 bedrooms, large common kitchen and pantry, multiple bathrooms on each floor, staff offices, laundry area, and a new accessible entrance. The building is being converted from gas to all-electric systems and will feature a new sprinkler and fire alarm system, all-new mechanical/electrical/plumbing, new insulation throughout, on-site stormwater infiltration system, and new landscaping. The project will be conserving its original features including a wood stair, stained glass windows, wood floors, fireplaces, and more. We are the collaborating architect with the woman-owned Studio G Architects on this project.
