SIC worked with the owner of what was previously a bank to convert the top two floors into 8 residential units. SIC performed a 3D scan of the existing building and then completed a thorough study of how the units could be laid out to maximize living area while also meeting all related codes. All units had large bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and dining area, living room,
comfortable full bathroom, storage closets, and great views of main street and beyond. The building received a new sprinkler system, insulation, a common laundry and storage area, mailroom, all-new mechanical/electric/plumbing systems, and all units were outfitted with all-electric heating/cooling systems.
